CHEF DIVA’S

SAUCE + SPICE

Chef Diva’s Étouffée Sauce originated as a signature sauce for hot dogs, fries, nachos, and wings at her Diva Dawg restaurant and food truck in New Orleans, Louisiana.

She noticed that her vegan, lactose intolerant, and gluten-free customers were not able to enjoy the sauce like their friends.

After listening to her customers, Chef Diva created a plant-based sauce and spice line to meet all dietary needs, while maintaining the same signature flavor. Chef Diva’s Plant-Based Étouffée Sauce and Étouffée Spice are vegan, gluten free and lactose free.
